Step By Step Method - Solution
- Download and install Phoenix Tool, drivers will automatically install.
- Download and extract the TV Box firmware, after extraction, you will get .img file
- Open the PhoenixSuit tool and select the X96Q TV Box firmware file (.img)
- Dissemble the X96Q TV Box and shorten the Test point. (As shown in the picture)
- The device will be detected in the Device Manager and a pop-up will appear on PhoenixSuit Click "yes" to begin the flashing process.
- Wait for the process to complete (this may take a few minutes).
