  2. Download X96Q Firmware Tested Version

  4. Dissemble X96Q TV BOX

Step By Step Method - Solution

  1. Download and install Phoenix Tool, drivers will automatically install.
  2. Download and extract the TV Box firmware, after extraction, you will get .img file
  3. Open the PhoenixSuit tool and select the X96Q TV Box firmware file (.img)

  4. Dissemble the X96Q TV Box and shorten the Test point. (As shown in the picture)

  5. The device will be detected in the Device Manager and a pop-up will appear on PhoenixSuit Click "yes" to begin the flashing process.

  6. Wait for the process to complete (this may take a few minutes).

  7. Congratulations! Firmware upload successful.
