Follow these simple steps to update S4 SGH-I337 from Kitkat to Lollipop
- Download and install Samsung USB Drivers on your PC.
- Download this firmware ATT_I337UCUFNB1 and extract on PC.
- Download Odin flash tool and open it.
- Flash ATT_I337UCUFNB1 on your S4 SGH-I337 using Odin flash tool (Learn How To Flash Samsung Smart Phone).
- After flashing, download NJ4_update_from_NB1.zip and copy this file to MicroSD card.
- Put MicroSD card in the phone and reboot your phone into recovery mode (hold the Volume Up+Home+Power keys together).
- In recovery, go to apply update from external storage option and select NJ4_update_from_NB1.zip.
- Download and extract 5.0update.zip, after extracting you will get .cfg file, rename the .cfg extension to .zip and copy to MicroSD card.
- Again put MicroSD card in the phone and reboot your phone into recovery mode, go to apply update from external storage option and select 2400258.zip and install it.
- After installation completed, the phone will reboot and now your AT&T Galaxy S4 is running on Android 5.0.1 Lollipop.
